2021 Glockner Dare to Dream Recap
The 2021 Glockner Dare to Dream High School Business Pitch Competition (Presented by Shawnee State University) took place on Tuesday, March 2nd. Unlike prior years, the event was completely virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thirteen teams from schools all over the tri-state competed for $36,000 in cash prizes. Students recorded their virtual presentations, presented them to the judges, and then took part in a Q&A session. In the end, Locked and Loaded Game Birds from Russell High School took first place and the grand prize of $6,450!
Russell High School students Jasmin Webb, Autumn Jeffrey, and Gracie Bates won the 2021 Glockner Dare to Dream event with their business pitch centered around providing accessible, family-friendly hunting experiences to the tri-state.
