This half-day, career-exploration event will follow our proven rotational career-fair format, allowing participating partners to engage with multiple groups of students throughout the morning. Each rotation is designed to create meaningful, face-to-face conversations that help students better understand real career pathways in STEM and advanced manufacturing.

We strongly encourage partners to bring hands-on technology demonstrations, equipment displays, or interactive presentations that showcase your work in action. Whether it’s advanced manufacturing processes, engineering technology, robotics, IT systems, or workforce training opportunities, students benefit most when they can see, touch, and experience the work firsthand.

Having a company or university representative present to speak about career paths, credential requirements, internships, and employment opportunities provides the real-world connection students need as they begin thinking seriously about their future.
